COMPOSITION: 100 g contains:
Hydrochlorothiazide ........................................................7.5 g
Dexamethasone sodium phosphate.............................. 0.025 g
Description:
- Diuretic powder with anti-inflammatory and anti-oedemic properties
- Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic. Stimulates resorption of edema through increased and renal excretion.
- Dexamethasone is a glucocorticoid with strong anti-inflammatory properties
INDICATION:
- Diuretic powder with anti-inflammatory and anti-oedemic properties.
- Horse, camel: sheath swelling, chronic/ pathological/physiological oedema, insect bites.
- Cattle: Udder and perineal oedema. Lung oedema, wound swelling after surgery and oedema due to allergy reactions.
DOSAGE AND USAGE:
- 2 sachets on day 1
- 1 sachet on day 2 and 3
Contra-indication:
Do not use in patients with diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, glaucoma or heart and kidney disorders.
When used in infectious disease combined with specific therapy.
Withdrawal period:
- For meat and offals: 6 days.
- For milk: 3 days.
